         Paella: A famous Valencian dish, paella is a flavorful rice dish cooked with a variety of ingredients such as saffron, paprika, vegetables, and a combination of meats or seafood. Traditional versions include Valencian paella with rabbit and chicken or seafood paella with shrimp, mussels, and squid. 

 



        Tapas: Tapas are a popular Spanish dining style involving a variety of small, shareable dishes. They can include items like patatas bravas (fried potatoes with spicy tomato sauce), albondigas (meatballs), gambas al ajillo (garlic shrimp), and chorizo a la sidra (chorizo cooked in cider).         Pulpo a la Gallega: Hailing from the region of Galicia, this dish features octopus that is boiled and then seasoned with olive oil, paprika, and coarse sea salt. It's a flavorful and tender seafood dish.
